Bevan is very excited whenever he sees his B Bevan letter now. I guess this is a good pre reading skill. He recognises some other letters too. He can read numbers too, and is better at numbers than letters.
He has also been working on some detailed stuff. He used a stencil at preschool yesterday to trace a shark. He’s been using his foam coloured shapes at home to make pictures, laying out the squares and circles and other shapes to put together the pictures he has from a book, such as houses, fish, teddy bears etc.
He seems to have figured out matching now. He plays a matching game on the computer and he can do matching with the end to ends of his “Charlie and Lola” dominoes.
He can thread big beads onto a shoelace really quickly and with dexterity now. He has obviously been learning a lot at his preschool and I’m happy for him.

what a clever boy he seems to be. it is great to hear he is taking on new interests all the time. I guess you have to be quick to spot some of these new achievements and no doubt he is quietly proud of them too.
