updates

It has been a long time since my last update.
We found out recently that we are expecting a new baby. The baby is due
on January 21st, which means that I'm almost 10 weeks pregnant now.
I've been quite tired and I've been a bit ill, but not as badly as when
I was pregnant with Bevan.

Bevan has been busy lately. He has been going to soccer on Saturday
mornings. He only plays for short while, mostly just kicking the ball
around and then running away. The children don't play against each other
at this age.

He is also enjoying playcentre and he is so steady with his walking and
running now.
He copies me when I make faces and he can be such a fun person to play
with.
He is also pretty tiring - always on the go.

His understanding is getting pretty good. He doesn't use many words
yet, but understands lots and he is quite consistant, especially with
the word "ta". He likes to use that if I open gates and doors for him.
He seems to use it for giving things rather than taking though, but I
can see why he thinks that is the right thing to do.

He'll hold my hand and walk a ditance now. We went round the block the
other day.

My camera has been a bit problematic lately which is why I haven't had
many photos. Hopefully I'll sort it out at some point.
